Why Do These Tools Exist?We create these tools for our own use and as they are completed we make them available to others. The great part about online tools is that they can be modified in any way at any time, and you'll never have to download any updates. This means that as new features become available they can be used without hassle.
What Does it Cost to Use the Tools?The basic features - such as the accounting program, shopping cart and others - are free for use and take less than a minute to set up. No credit cards or anything like that are required, just create your company account and get started.
Some add-on features require a paid membership account. These add-on features generally are additional advanced features on products that we ourselves have no use for and are not necessary but are desired by other businesses. For example, we are currently developing an add-on feature for the accounting site that aids manufacturing companies determine work in process costing and construction in process costing. It is not necessary (the costing can easily be done by hand) and we don't use it (we're not a manufacturing company) so to use this feature requires a membership account.
